  • Receipts sent to you by WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
  • Loyalty points or rewards, if you join our programme.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health records. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

We process your personal data because it is necessary to fulfil a contract with you (orders and deliveries), to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting records), for our legitimate interests (improving our service and security), or where you have given consent (marketing messages).

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to run our business:

  • Service providers who host our systems, process payments, send messages, or manage delivery. They are bound by contracts to protect your data.

We keep transaction and tax records for as long as Mauritian law requires, generally 5 years. Loyalty and marketing data is kept until you close your account or opt out, and is then deleted within 5 years.

We protect your personal data with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls and secure systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
